Candi and I were on drill team together as the “lieutenants” for 2 yrs. It was probably one of the most fun things we did in high school and certainly was a learning experience for everyone. She was always cheerful and had a great smile and laugh. I saw her at one of the past reunions and she was just the same. I was saddened to hear my counterpart had gone on ahead and I’m sure she’s making a place for us all.
